Specialised training & certifications
Emma's dedication to holistic wellbeing is underpinned by comprehensive training. She holds a 600-hour Yoga Therapy certification from The Minded Institute, a highly respected qualification. Additionally, Emma is a certified Menopause Yoga (MY) Teacher through Yoga Alliance and completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with The Traditional Yoga Association, providing a strong foundation in diverse yoga practices.

Advanced therapeutic studies
Expanding beyond traditional yoga, Emma is deeply committed to advanced therapeutic modalities. She is currently in her 2nd year of a Pgdip in DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) at Bangor University and is an Integration Psychotherapy trainee with Pilamaya institute. These rigorous studies equip her with cutting-edge psychological tools to support complex emotional and mental health needs, complementing her yoga therapy expertise.
